How Our Process Works

Browse & Join Our VIP Waitlist

Take your time to browse our available puppies. If you don’t see what you are looking for, we encourage you to join our VIP Waitlist. Joining our waitlist is completely free and makes sure you are one of the first to know when we have new puppies available.

Complete Our Buyer’s Questionnaire

We require all of our potential buyers to complete the Buyer Questionnaire so that we can get a better understanding of you, your family, your living arrangements, lifestyle and location.

Reserve Your Puppy

Once we have new puppies available, you will be notified. After you have settled on a puppy and pledge to raise, care and provide for him/her, you will be provided with your puppy’s deposit information.

Head to Tail Examination

Before any puppy is allowed to be released we require he or she be 8 weeks of age and meet a suitable weight threshold. Every puppy must be up-to-date on all vaccinations, pass a head to tail vet exam, and be issued a health certificate before the puppy will be allowed to travel.

Travel Coordination & Delivery

Yay! It’s time to be united with your fur baby. At the time of delivery you will be presented with our Delivery Confirmation and Transfer of Ownership form for your review and signature along with vaccination and health records. We also require a picture of you and your fur baby at the time of delivery. We love these moments!!
